 Precision Graphics high speed machining centers allow us to create panels with a recessed graphic layer. This design, which we refer to as our Flat Panel Technology, further protects the graphic layer from lifting in harsh or abusive environments. We face- mill the front of the aluminum panel leaving a raised, protective border around the graphic which is flush to the face height of the graphic layer. This is also often used where a high-end appearance is ultra critical.  Precision Graphics now offers serialized overlays, membrane circuit panels, and rigid control panels. Panels up to 11 X 17” can now be serialized using digital subsurface printing technology on the graphic layer of overlays, membrane circuit panels, and rigid control panels. Printing the barcode subsurface is more durable than first surface marking, more tamper resistant and also provides a cleaner look than a laser etched serial number. Serialization information can be supplied in spreadsheet form and can be numeric or alpha numeric. The serialization can be achieved in different fonts including barcodes.
