 Our multiple digital cutting centers round out Precision Graphics capabilities of extremely fast digital cutting with out the high tooling costs of hard tooling such as steel rule dies. Having this digital or ‘soft’ tooling capability also affords the option to easily revise your product for any future revision levels; And having multiple types of digital cutting allows us to choose the most practical and efficient means of manufacturing your product. Our mix of digital cutting technologies allows us to cut polyesters, polycarbonates, and acrylics up .250” thick. We also have the ability to digitally cut rigid vinyl and PVC up to .020” thick; a material that most laser cutting shops avoid! |
