Please review the following policies that govern your use of the FrontPanelCreator.com website. Your use of the FrontPanelCreator.com website constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions detailed here. Your use of this website binds you to these Terms and Conditions. Precision Graphics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notification or warning to you. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions each time you use this website.
Terms and Conditions of Order
The Precision Graphics Satisfaction Guarantee
Precision Graphics stands confidently behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact us by calling 860-365-9568 during our normal business hours or by emailing us at support@frontpanelcreator.com.
Precision Graphics is committed to customer satisfaction. We do everything possible to ensure excellent metal cutting, print, and registration quality. In any customer-supplied file, you will be responsible for fixing any errors discovered during our review process, or you can authorize Precision Graphics to manufacture “as is”; however, you are subject to the following exclusions listed here under File Submissions, and Shipping and Delivery.
There are certain circumstances that are beyond our control and are therefore not covered by this guarantee.
File Submissions
Precision Graphics, Inc. and FrontPanelCreator.com cannot be responsible for the following:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by you.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution images.
- Design errors in your submitted files.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product, metal thickness, size, shape, number of cutouts, hardware selections, material type, material finish, quantity, or inclusion of any logos.
- Incorrect file submission in accordance with Precision Graphics file preparation guidelines.
- Production, shipping, and delivery delays due to improperly prepared files or proof requests that exceed the allowed number due to unclear or insufficient information.
- Duplicate orders made by you.
Shipping and Delivery
Precision Graphics, Inc. and FrontPanelCreator.com cannot be responsible for the following:
- Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages, or other errors created by you.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery has been made.
- We reserve the right to require you to return the original order before remanufacturing your order.
- We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business as a result of receiving products which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.
3D Model and Digital Cutting Files
You are responsible for the accuracy of your personally prepared 3D Models and digital cutting files. You must verify all files carefully before submitting them to Precision Graphics.
Customer Submitted 3D Model and Digital Cut Files
Precision Graphics is not responsible for any unsatisfactory product caused by files that were not prepared accurately. Precision Graphics is not responsible for delays due to improperly prepared files. Precision Graphics reserves the right to refuse customer submitted models or cutting files due to improper preparation.
Artwork Files
You are responsible for the accuracy of your personally prepared print-ready artwork files. You must proofread all files carefully before submitting them to Precision Graphics.
You certify that you have the right to use all images in your artwork files.
Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree NOT to upload any artwork files consisting of or containing any of the following material:
- Any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law;
- And any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable.
Precision Graphics may not complete orders including images of what we consider to be sexually explicit materials, including photographic genitals and violently explicit materials. Should an order be submitted containing any of these materials, a full refund will be given and an email sent explaining these Terms and Conditions.
Customer Submitted Artwork or Graphics Files
Precision Graphics is not responsible for any unsatisfactory printing product caused by files that were not prepared accurately. Precision Graphics is not responsible for delays due to improperly prepared files.
Payment
All prices and amounts shown on this website are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you submit a request on the website to purchase products, you agree that all charges, taxes and shipping and processing fees will automatically be charged to your credit card or paid for with an approved payment method. Such prices and amounts will be posted clearly on this website during the checkout process. Payment is due at checkout.
Payment Methods
All purchase requests must be submitted with an approved payment method. Payment will not be processed without an approved payment method. All approved payment methods are those shown during the checkout process.
Sales Tax Policy
Where applicable, Precision Graphics, Inc. is required to collect and remit sales tax in all US jurisdictions that administer such tax.
Production Lead Time
Lead time begins on the day your proof set is approved. You will receive a proof set through the account email within 1 business day of your purchase.
Please note that if we are unable to manufacture from your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, there may be a delay in production equal in length to the amount of time required to secure the correct files. Due to the absolute nature of metal production, proceeding with production “as-is” is not an option.
Order Approval
Upon completion of your purchase you will receive a set of proofs within 1 business day which will include an accurate visual representation of your product. This proof set will include visual details of the metal cuts and graphic overlay artwork. You are responsible for informing us of any changes. The proof set must be approved by you in order to proceed with production. Once an order has been approved no changes to the order can be made, including changes to metal choices, features, artwork files, job characteristics, or lead time. After an order has been approved you are responsible for paying the entire amount of that order, along with applicable taxes, shipping, and processing fees and will be ineligible for any refund.
Precision Graphics is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
- Wrong features
- Faulty dimensioning or relationships of features
- Misspellings
- Bleeds
- Grammar
- Damaged fonts
- Punctuation
Making Changes to a Proof Set
You are welcome to make as many changes to your proof set as is needed. Please note, however, that making a change to a proof set may affect the 3 business day production lead time for that order. We will work quickly on our end to produce subsequent proofs. Our service regarding additional proof sets will be rendered on a first-come, first-served basis. If a change is made, you will receive an additional proof set in your email informing you of those changes and explaining any adjustments in the production timeline for that order. Precision Graphics is not responsible for any production delays caused by additional proof changes.
Please note that Precision Graphics offices are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. As a result, these times are not considered when calculating lead time. Also, lead time does not include shipping transit time. You should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected during checkout.
Shipping and Arrival Times
Shipping transit times vary. Precision Graphics assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or damage resulting from the failure to receive an order on time. It is possible that your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, equipment failure, illness, etc.
You can calculate your target arrival date by adding the production lead time to the shipping transit time. Both production and shipping times are calculated using business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Errors and Lost Packages
Claims for lost or damaged orders can only be filed within 30 days from package shipping date. Precision Graphics is not responsible for third party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
When a package is returned by the shipping company due to an error made by you in submitting the proper shipping address, Precision Graphics will reship the package with the corrected address and require an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are valid only prior to your proof set approval. Once you have approved your proof set, the order cannot be canceled. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
Returns Policy
Since each order is unique to you and has no re-sale value, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If we verify that we have made an error, we will remanufacture the order. No refunds or credit will be given.
Only if a discrepancy is found between the final proof set and the shipped product can an order be deemed a valid return. Discrepancies are not valid for material finishes unless the product shipped is not what is detailed in the approved proof set.
Valid discrepancies are limited to the following features:
- Artwork elements
- Dimension deviations outside our stated tolerances
- Incorrect hardware
- Material type, gauge, and finish
The following apparent discrepancies are invalid and do not qualify an order as an authorized return:
- Inconsistent color with pre-existing parts that were not printed by Precision Graphics
- Completed product thickness
- Functional length of hardware
If you have a valid return, you must notify Precision Graphics within one week of order delivery to begin the returns process. Once an order has been deemed a valid return we will either mail or email you a return shipping label. A corrected second production of your order will begin once the full order has been returned to Precision Graphics and inspected.
Precision Graphics requires that returned orders to be shipped via a valid tracking service. A tracking number for the returned order must be supplied to Precision Graphics to help anticipate and receive the returned order.
All charges related to services already rendered are not refundable.
Miscellaneous
All sales are final. No refunds are given once Precision Graphics begins production on your order. This means that Precision Graphics has received your necessary materials (i.e. digital files, payment, and proof approval) and started work on your job (i.e. your job has begun machining or printing).
IN NO EVENT WILL PRECISION GRAPHICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHETHER OR NOT PRECISION GRAPHICS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. PRECISION GRAPHICS’ ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER, FOR BREACH OF, OR ARISING OUT OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES HEREUNDER, IS LIMITED TO A SECOND PRODUCTION OF THE PRODUCTS ORDERED THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL PRECISION GRAPHICS BE LIABLE FOR YOUR COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE GOODS.
You will defend and hold Precision Graphics harmless in any claim, suit or action brought against Precision Graphics by others for alleged damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), liabilities or losses resulting from circumstances where Precision Graphics, acting as your agent, uses copy, photographs, or illustrations that are believed by others to be degrading, libelous or harmful to their reputations, images, or standing in the community or which in Precision Graphics’ sole judgment is an infringement on a trademark, or trade name, or service mark, or copyright belonging to others, or in a claim, suit, or action brought against Precision Graphics for actions of your employees which may occur as a result of any product.

You, the User, acknowledge that all content included on this site (“Content”) are intellectual property and copyrighted works of Precision Graphics (“Provider”). Reproductions or storage of this website’s content, in all forms, media and technologies now existing or hereafter developed, is subject to the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, Title 17 of the United States Code.
Corporate Identification and Trademarks
“Precision Graphics”, “Frontpanels.com”, “FrontPanelCreator.com” and any and all other marks appearing on this Website are trademarks of Precision Graphics in the United States and other jurisdictions (“Trademarks”). You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify the Trademarks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on this Website, without Precision Graphics’ prior written consent. The use of Trademarks on any other website or network computer environment is prohibited. Precision Graphics prohibits the use of Trademarks as a “hot” link on, or to, any other website unless establishment of such link is pre-approved by Precision Graphics in writing.
Use Restriction
You may only use this Website to make legitimate requests to purchase the products or services offered (each, a “Request”), and shall not use this Website to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent Requests. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of your use of this Website. You agree to promptly update your membership information (if applicable) in order to keep it current, complete and accurate.
It is a violation of law to place a Request in a false name or with an invalid credit card. Please be aware that even if you do not give us your real name, your web browser transmits a unique Internet address to us that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. Fraudulent users may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Permission is granted to electronically copy and print in hard-copy portions of this Website for the sole purpose of using this Website as a shopping resource. Any other use of materials or Content on this Website, including reproduction for a purpose other than that noted above without Precision Graphics’ prior written consent is prohibited.
Privacy
You confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Precision Graphics’ Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein, and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable and satisfactory to you. You consent to the use of your personal information by Precision Graphics, its third-party providers, and/or distributors in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set forth in the Precision Graphics Privacy Policy. If you are not a resident of the United States, please note that the personal information you submit to the Website will be transferred to the United States and processed by Precision Graphics in order to provide this Website and its services to you, or for such other purposes (as set forth in the Privacy Policy).

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT OPERATION OF THE SITE MAY NOT BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
General Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRECISION GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “COVERED PARTIES”), BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE, ACT OF GOD, ACCIDENT, DELAY, OR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISE OUT OF OR ARE IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY USE OF THIS SITE OR WITH ANY DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THIS SITE, EVEN IF A PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Precision Graphics and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site. You also certify that you own rights to or have a license to use the file(s) and image(s) being reproduced as part of your order.
Third Parties
If you use this website to submit Requests for or on behalf of a third party (“Third Party”), you are responsible for any error in the accuracy of information provided in connection with such use. In addition, you must inform the Third Party of all Terms and Conditions applicable to all products or services acquired through this website, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto.
Each User using this website for, or on behalf, of a Third Party agrees to indemnify and hold each Covered Party harmless from, and against, any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits and claims (including the costs of defense), relating to the Third Party’s or the User’s failure to fulfill any of its obligations as described (above). The User is directly responsible for any Request submitted, including related fees, charges and performance obligations.
User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
All comments, feedback, suggestions and ideas disclosed, submitted or offered to a Covered Party in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, “Comments”), shall become and remain the exclusive property of Precision Graphics. The Comments may be used by a Covered Party in any medium and for any purpose worldwide, without obtaining your specific consent and you relinquish all rights to such Comments. No Covered Party is under any obligation to maintain your Comments (and the use of your first name and first initial of your last name with any comments) in confidence, to pay to you any compensation for any Comments submitted or to respond to any of your Comments. You agree you will be solely responsible for the content of any Comments you make.
Please share your comments and questions with us, but we may not be able to respond to each one of them. Please note that we assume no responsibility for reviewing unsolicited ideas for our business (like product or advertising ideas), and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities between those ideas and materials that may appear in future Precision Graphics programs.

Termination of Usage
User access to all or part of this website may be terminated or suspended at any time, without notice and for any reason.

The captions in these Terms and Conditions are only for convenience and do not, in any way, limit or otherwise define the terms and provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
None of the Covered Parties are responsible for any errors or delays in responding to a Request caused by an incorrect email address provided by you or other technical problems beyond their control.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and those terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) between you and each Covered Party relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this website. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired.
